I'd have loved to see this thing have G-Sync.
  • damianrobertjones - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Why? Although G-sync does offer x or y it's not like it's important and, being honest, it's more to do with 'I've got this naaahh' than anything. The marketing... dude... don't fall for it.

Oh wow This would have been much better if it had a curved screen!!! /s

Oh wow... That intel standard cooler!

Er if you don't actually know what variable refresh rates do then that's hardly the op's problem
  • Spunjji - Wednesday, June 1, 2016 - link

    +1
  • Beararam - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

    Are you drunk?
  • ImSpartacus - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

On an integrated system like this, it just makes sense to use variable refresh. You're controlling the whole "chain" right yo to the display, just like a laptop.
  • ImSpartacus - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Does this thing only use Nvidia cards?

It's really disappointing how integrated systems like this one still haven't been able to consistently use, variable refresh tech.
  • Flunk - Wednesday, June 1, 2016 - link

It would have added $500 to the price.
  • K_Space - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Looks tight in there, I wonder if it is at all possible to set up it with custom loop rather than just CPU AIO.
  • close - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

The case might need some... modifications :). Anyway, I can't even see the 6950X as an option on their page and when you go for a 10-core probably the AIO cooler will barely make the cut especially if you're looking to OC.
  • WithoutWeakness - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Their site has now been updated to list the 6950X. The AIO cooler they have pictured on their site looks like an older style Corsair H80 with corrugated tubing. That means a 38mm radiator plus two 25mm fans. I'm curious to see how where they mount it back there.
  • K_Space - Thursday, June 2, 2016 - link

Huh? Intruiging, how will the fans act in push pull configuration. It'll probably be a single fan with vents in the back cover for the fan to act as intake. This won't be quiet!

try reading what you jst wrote lol -overclocking an all-in-one?

folk will buy this for status, style and upgradeability

"the graphics card blower exhausts hot air out the top of the display, which should be ideal for expelling the waste heat."

    Are you sure about that?

The card orientation shown would have the card exhausting from the bottom of the display unless they're Rube Goldberging some sort of ductwork to reverse the airflow for some reason instead of just mounting the card itself the other way around.
  • hans_ober - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

IMO it would exhaust down because of the display cables, unless there's an internal extension.
  • ImSpartacus - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Yeah, you want any display outputs to aim downwards.
  • Brett Howse - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Hmm it does blow it out the bottom - the design I saw at CES had it blowing out the top so not sure if this is a rendering issue or what. Looking at other devices they all show it blowing out the bottom as well though.
  • Brett Howse - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

I looked back through my notes and I was incorrect - the CES versions did exhaust out the bottom. Text is corrected thanks for the feedback!
  • Valantar - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Considering that the GPU is oriented downwards, I'd be very surprised if it vented its heat upwards. Unless, of course, the heat has to move down, hit the bottom of the chassis, and then flow upwards past every single other component in the PC. Doesn't sound like a good solution. Are you sure there isn't a vent directly below the GPU?
  • FameMoon - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Nice try Digital Storm..Overwatch do not support widescreen
  • close - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Do you mean ultra wide (21:9)?
  • barleyguy - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Why is that Digital Storm's issue? Wouldn't that be Blizzard's issue?
  • Ted Turbo - Wednesday, June 1, 2016 - link

Noticed the same thing on the second picture; I was pretty pissed off when I tried the Beta just to find out ugly black side bars
  • orangefr2 - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

"Cooling is always going to be an issue with you pack this much power into a small space, so Aura features liquid cooling for the CPU.."

I love how the picture has the stock Intel cooler. I wonder where they plan to fit the radiator in this beast.
  • creed3020 - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Yeah I had the exact same thought and was laughing how picture != text...
  • BrokenCrayons - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Color me unimpressed. The claim of liquid cooling and disposing of heat out the top of the monitor doesn't align with the stock Intel cooler and the orientation of the GPU.
  • Gigaplex - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

That's right, let's put the noisiest components right in front of my face where I can't hear them...
  • Eden-K121D - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

6950X is overkill for gaming. 5930K for 400 bucks with 1080 SLI or Raedon Pro Duo will Kick Ass at 4K 60FPS
  • britjh22 - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

Yeah, exhaust the GPU right down on your hands, do they include a sweat proof keyboard??
  • maj429 - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

I love how the screen has overwatch as the example have. OVERWATCH/BLIZZARD EXPRESSLY FORBID 21:9 SCREEN RESOLUTIONS. It will run, but only in a windowed, or with black bars mode, as a 16:9 aspect ratio game. Blizzard thinks anything wider is cheating as you have more view than the average player, so you cannot make it run in those resolutions. Digital storm marketing group should have done their research.
  • maj429 - Tuesday, May 31, 2016 - link

    Game* stupid swipe autocorrect
  • Ted Turbo - Wednesday, June 1, 2016 - link

Do they really forced 16:9 because they consider ultra wide screen "cheating"?
  • Jackattak - Wednesday, June 1, 2016 - link

Yes. It is cheating, as the OP mentioned, because you can see wider angles at 21:9 than those at 16:9.
  • jsntech - Thursday, June 2, 2016 - link

When I first saw that first image at the top, I thought maybe a tank had lost a tread right in front of that computer. That's quite a keyboard.

An interesting feat of engineering, but would any of you buy an AIO gaming rig/workstation like this, or opt instead for a great standalone monitor and fully upgradeable/configurable SFF/mini case for the guts?
