Only in a laboratory in perfect darkness while displaying only black and then only white and basically dividing by 0, however if you display both black and white on the screen even in a pitch black room the "darkness" goes above 0 so the value of the ratio is smaller than infinite, add ambient light to the mix and it gets worse. The infinite contrast ratio is only theoretical.
It could irrelevant nowadays, I don't know, but in a fully dark room, I could tell the difference between my old phone's OLED screen being on, displaying black, and totally off. It was hard to see in anything other than a pitch black environment, but it was there. Contrast was definitely not infinite.
What's a 0.9cc speaker box anyway? A box with 0.9cc volume placed on the speaker? Weird... Also, it's a Samsung OLED but I'll be surprised if it's even decently accurate when it comes to colours. White/blue on OLED is not good
Sorry, no 3.5 mm no buy. Will only consider Samsung, LG or any other brand that has retained the port for flagships/high end phones.
As consumers with power to influence companies, you need to make yourself heard by buying phones that have the 3.5 mm jack from brands that have supported it.

How does an OLED screen have a contrast ratio? Don't they all have infinite contrast ratios because of their perfect blacks?porcupineLTD - Friday, February 22, 2019 - link

Audio No 3.5-mm jack - damn, otherwise the specs seem perfect.Skiddywinks - Saturday, February 23, 2019 - link
Agreed. With the S10s costing an arm and a leg, and getting the Esynos version here (UK) anyway, I'm looking at this to be my next phone.Like you said; audio jack and it would seem perfect.

The next manufacturer by size would be LG and their phone OLED screens are terrible. This is an old article but the situation is pretty much the same: https://arstechnica.com/gadgets/2017/11/lgs-oled-p...LiverpoolFC5903 - Monday, February 25, 2019 - link
